It’s all in the details

Details. I love detail shots. My other photographer friends make fun of me for taking so many detail shots of the cake. Sometimes I wonder if I should specialize in cake photography. I figure if I can’t eat it I may as well live vicariously through many photographs. With that said, if it’s chocolate cake I usually can’t resist. Chocolate cake is the absolute best and it’s good for you too (cue the Bill Cosby skit). Aside from cake though, I also like to photograph other details as well. Here’s a few of my favorites from a wedding I shot in May:
